Today Treats Leaf and I went with Torbin from OSA to check out a spot for the next fest. I got the lead from Danielle who runs Our Sacred Acres (the last location) The spot looks MORE then perfect if you ask me.

Parking-

They have a neighbor that may be willing to let us park a large number of cars on his property. we may need to pay for this but it can be done. this is a small walk
away which I think will help with keeping people there.
There is limited parking on site and we will need to limit number of vehicles the crew will use as much as possible.

Camping-

There is a ton of land on this property that has great grass for camping. There is
also a number of round houses (yert) that could be rented and help pay for the fest!
camping could either be around the festival stage area or up closer to the cars and
main house.

Permits-

This is a much more established piece of land then the last location, they are a registered camp ground so they have the permits for person capacity and fires and such. BUT we DO need to get party permits, alcohol permits, and talk to the local fire marshal. The sooner we get these the better.

Portable Shitters-

We will need way more this year. closer to 6 I feel. In different locations. (stage/camping/parking)

Cost!-

We will definitely be paying more for this location. There is a lot of clean up to do around the site that could possible help lower the cost. Also they need gravel for entrances and walkways. not needed but could help lower cost also.
