Hello again! I am James Edgar, I met with one of you the other day about holding a music festival at your beautiful location!
I just wanted to get in touch with you to be sure we had good contact. My crew Black Magic Noize met yesterday and talked about
putting together a proposal for you. I showed them the pictures I took and they were AMAZED by your property and could not wait to
get a chance to see it themselves. I want to thank you again for the great tour and the consideration you have given us so far!

I will be emailing you later this week an outline of what we know/need/want/have and all the other good stuff.
I also wanted to tell you a little more about Black Magic Noize. We are a collaborative group of musicians, visual artist, and performers.
Mostly HipHop based group with very earthy roots. We all believe in our spirits and creating your own reality.

Hi James!

It was a pleasure to met you and your friends. We look forward to seeing the details of your event and working up a proposed bid for you. We’ve already talked to a couple of neighbors to give them the heads up about this being a possibility, including the one neighbor with parking available, and they are excited.

As a quick heads up, we already have the weekend of 7/27/12-7/29/12 booked for a yoga retreat. We do have the weekend of 8/4/12 open.

If you have others in your group that would like to come and take a tour, or revisit and walk the lower acreage that we only saw from above, feel free to call and set up a visit.

Very nice! I say we should set up another walk-through ASAP and really get everything mapped out, cuz it looks like this is a real possibility. I'll take a look at the proposal; I think Nocturnal left his flash drive which contains it on my desk. This is lookin absolutely perfect, man, and I'm positive whatever they ask for as far as payment will be do-able. Also, we should start booking acts.

I also have been working on this. Not sure about the colors or anything but the lay out is exactly to scale. I used the aerial photos from above and traced over them where the houses, fences, possible camping, and areas we cant go are. Let me know of any improvements I could make. Or maybe more explanation? I think this will help over all with the planning.
